This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, or replacements may be offered by HOYOSTAR. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items, including cases such as change of mind or unwanted purchases.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Returns must be requested and approved before the item is sent back.
Items that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
2. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for any approved return, as the customer remains responsible for the item until it is received and inspected.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@hoyostar.com.
Please include your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. After review, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
4. Pre-Order and Made-to-Order Items
Some products offered on HOYOSTAR are pre-order or made-to-order items. These items may be prepared, reserved, or allocated specifically after an order is placed.
For this reason, pre-order and made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once processing or allocation has begun. Estimated release or shipping dates are provided for reference only and may change due to supplier or manufacturer schedules.
5. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@hoyostar.com.
Orders may be eligible for cancellation only before processing or fulfillment begins. Once an order has entered processing, allocation, or shipment preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If a cancellation is approved after processing has started, we may issue a partial refund or store credit depending on the order status and any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
6. Refund Process
To request a return or refund, please email hello@hoyostar.com with your order number, reason for the request, and supporting photos if applicable.
Return instructions and the return address will be provided after approval. Refunds, if approved, will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.
7. Supplier Delays and Availability
In some cases, manufacturers or suppliers may postpone release dates or adjust production schedules. Such delays are beyond our direct control.
If a product becomes unavailable due to a confirmed stock or allocation error, a full refund will be issued.
