How do I get started?
Create a HoyoStar account, then open the gift icon in the header to view your Points, activities, and member tier. Use the same account when shopping so you can track your rewards in one place.
How do I redeem my Points?
Open HoyoStar Rewards and choose Redeem. Select the available Point amount, review the reward rules, and follow the instructions to use your discount. Points are redeemable for discounts, not cash.
Are shopping rewards the same as Points?
No. The shopping progress bar tracks spending milestones for an order. Loyalty Points build up in your account and can be redeemed separately. Member tiers track cumulative eligible spending.
Can I combine all rewards and discounts?
Eligible rewards and discounts can be combined when their terms allow it. The referral coupon may be combined with other eligible discounts. For each offer, check the rules shown when redeeming and confirm the discounts applied at checkout.
Does a review have to be five stars?
No. Share your genuine experience with the product. Eligible positive and negative reviews receive the same 100-Point reward, limited to one review reward per customer.
When does my friend receive their coupon?
Your friend receives their coupon after creating an account through your referral link, so they can use it toward their first qualifying order. Your 300-Point referral reward follows their first purchase.
Where can I check expiry dates or missing rewards?
Check your reward details and activity history in HoyoStar Rewards. If something looks incorrect, contact us with your account email and relevant order number so we can review it.
Which currency are these amounts in?
All monetary examples on this page use US dollars. Your selected market may show different local-currency thresholds. Refer to your cart, reward details, and checkout for the amounts that apply to your order.
