HoyoStar Supply Monitor – User Data Deletion

HoyoStar Supply Monitor uses Meta permissions solely to connect with and manage authorized HoyoStar business assets and Facebook Pages.

Remove access through Facebook

You can remove the app’s access at any time through your Facebook account:

1. Go to Settings & privacy, then select Settings.
2. Open Business integrations.
3. Select HoyoStar Supply Monitor.
4. Click Remove and confirm the removal.

Request deletion of your data

To request deletion of any app-related data retained by HoyoStar Supply Monitor, please email hello@hoyostar.com with the subject HoyoStar Supply Monitor Data Deletion Request.

Please include the name of the connected Facebook account or Page so that we can identify the relevant connection. We will process verified deletion requests and remove the associated app data within 30 days.
